We ship to all 50 states and shipping charges are calculated in your shopping cart. Charges are based on actual weight
and the distance your package will travel to reach you. Lightweight packages are automatically shipped Priority Mail through the Post Office. Heavier packages are shipped UPS. If you would prefer to use a different option please let us know by leaving a message in the "Comment" section. We will contact you with your new total before shipping your order. All orders to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped Priority Mail. Our system
is not set up to accurately calculate shipping outside the U.S. We will email you with an accurate total for your approval before adding any charges or shipping your order. If you have any questions you may contact us at

We strive to get all orders out within 4 days of order placement.
However, if an item(s) is out of stock and we expect it to arrive in 3
or 4 days, we will hold your order. Please allow time for us to ship
the order complete. You will be notified by email of any backordered
item(s) or delay of shipment. Small/lightweight backordered items will
be sent first class mail to help keep costs down.
All orders going to a P.O. address are shipped Priority Mail (UPS
will not ship to P.O. addresses). Please call (513) 821-6161 if you
have special handling instructions or leave a comment when placing the order.
When choosing expedited shipping (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day
Select) please be aware that UPS picks up and delivers on business days
only. Choosing one of these options will not get a package delivered on
the weekend or a holiday. Expedited orders received
after 12:00 pm EST will be processed the following business day.
In-Store Pickups: Your order will be processed and
taken to our retail store within 48 hours. You will be notified by
email when the order is completed and available for pickup. Please
DO NOT arrive at our retail location for order pick up until you have
received email notification that your order is ready.
