Return Policy
Food Products may not be returned. Chocolate
and/or coating shipped during hot weather may melt. Please anticipate
your chocolate needs before hot weather. All food products are shipped
at the customer risk during warm months. We will insulate food products
for shipping but cannot be held responsible for damage due to heat. No
refunds, returns or replacement of food products or shipping charges.
Please follow these steps for returning an item.
- Return merchandise within 30 days of purchase (enclose invoice)
- Refunds given only on merchandise purchased, shipping charges are non-refundable
- State your reason for merchandise return
- Return via UPS or US Postal Service (customer responsible for return postage/shipping charges)
- Return merchandise in the same box it was shipped in
- Allow 30 days for refund to process
- Food items, books, or any item which has been used may not be returned
Exchange Policy
Please follow these steps for exchanging an item.
- Return merchandise within 30 days of purchase (enclose invoice)
- Please call us at (800) 304-4536 or email us at cincinnaticake@fuse.net and state your reason for exchanging the product
- Return via UPS or US Postal Service (customer responsible for return postage/shipping charges)
- Return merchandise in the same box it was shipped in; send us an email letting us know you are requesting an exchange:
- Use the word "EXCHANGE" in the subject title of your email request.
- Include the Shipping Order Number and/or package tracking number.
- Complete ship-to information as it appears on shipping label.
- Stock number, description, price, etc. of the item being returned.
