Parking is in the rear. From the parking lot, the classroom is
the building on the left and the Retail Store is on the right.

This class is designed for the beginning cookie maker.

We will start with measuring ingredients and mixing the perfect roll-out cookie dough.
You will then be shown a quick and easy method of rolling out perfect cookies every time.
We will then learn how to glaze cookies, outline and fill-in for a perfect finish, add embellishments such as sugar, dragees and flowers and more.
Each student will then decorate cookies using the methods shown.

MASKS ARE REQUIRED IN THE CLASSROOM.

DUE TO SMALL SIZE, ONLY STUDENTS ARE PERMITTED IN THE CLASSROOM. IF YOU ARE DROPPING OFF OR PICKING UP A STUDENT, PLEASE WAIT IN THE BREEZEWAY OUTSIDE OF THE ROOM.

This class is for adults (ages 12 & older). If you have a budding pastry chef younger than 12 who wishes to attend this class they will need to be accompanied by a registered adult.
No experience is needed for this class.
You will receive a discount coupon good for 20% off any purchase you make the week following the class.
You will take home six beautifully decorated cookies plus the recipes for cookies and icing.
All cookies, icing, tools, and a box to transport your cookies home will be provided.
You may want to bring an apron to protect your clothing.
